Refrigerator AMC Plans
Starting from ₹1099/-
Comprehensive maintenance service for all refrigerator models including single-door, double-door, side-by-side, and inverter/non-inverter types. Includes 2–3 service visits, cleaning, inspection, and priority repair support. Renewal before expiry gives 10% discount. Get 10% off for 2-year plan and 20% off for 3-year plan.
Washing Machine AMC Plans
Starting from ₹899/-
AMC available for Semi-Automatic, Top Load, and Front Load models (both inverter and non-inverter). Includes preventive maintenance, 2-3 visits depending on plan, and complete operational check-up. Get 10% discount on 2-year AMC and 20% on 3-year AMC renewals.
Microwave Oven AMC Plans
Starting from ₹899/-
Full service support for solo, grill, and convection microwave ovens. Includes internal cleaning, functional check-up, and 2–3 service visits per year. Priority repair handling and discounts for multi-year AMC subscriptions.
Chimney AMC Plans
Starting from ₹1999/-

Terms & Conditions
- AMC Duration: Valid for 1 year from activation date.
- Service Visits: Depending on plan (3–5 visits per year).
- Renewal Discount: 10% off if renewed before expiry.
- Non-Transferable: Each AMC is valid only for the specific appliance mentioned. It cannot be shifted to another product or customer.
- Third-Party Repairs: If the appliance is repaired or tampered with by any third-party technician during AMC, the AMC will be void immediately.
- Tampering: Any internal modification, wiring change, or PCB alteration without company consent will lead to contract termination.
- Spare Part Availability: If spare parts are unavailable temporarily, the company will arrange them as soon as possible. The customer is requested to cooperate. No refund or compensation will be provided for delay due to unavailability.
- Coverage: Basic Plan covers only service & inspection. Standard Plan covers limited components as mentioned. Premium Plan covers all except physical damage & plastic parts.
- Physical & Plastic Damage: Any physical, accidental, or body damage (including cracks, dents, and broken accessories) is not covered under any plan.
- Transport & Shifting: If the customer shifts location, the AMC remains valid only if serviceable within company’s operational area.
- Part Warranty: Any replaced part under AMC carries a 90-day limited warranty.
- Service Delay: Delays due to natural causes (rain, strike, public holiday, or part delay) are not company liability.
- Customer Cooperation: Customer must provide appliance access during the scheduled service visit. Missed appointments due to customer unavailability will not be compensated or rescheduled compulsorily.
- Unauthorized Modifications: If the unit is opened or altered by an unauthorized person, AMC automatically voids.
- AMC Validity: Cannot be extended or paused once started.
- Refund Policy: No refund once AMC is activated, under any circumstances.
- Major Components: Compressor, PCB, motor, gearbox coverage applies only to Premium Plans.
- Gas Charging: Included only in Standard and Premium refrigerator plans, not in Basic plans.
- Misuse/Negligence: Damage caused due to misuse, electrical fluctuations, water leakage, or improper handling will not be covered.
- Liability: Company liability is limited only to repair/replacement of parts as per plan coverage.
- Ownership Proof: AMC will be issued in the name of the appliance owner only; valid proof may be requested.
- Service Area: AMC services are applicable within the city limits defined by Home Tech Service Center.
- Renewal Reminder: Customers will receive reminders via call or WhatsApp before renewal expiry.
- Company Rights: Home Tech Service Center reserves the right to amend plan prices, terms, or visit frequency without prior notice.
- Customer Behaviour: Any abusive, threatening, or uncooperative behaviour may lead to service refusal or AMC cancellation.
- Stand-by Provision: If your appliance is taken to the service center for repair, a temporary stand-by unit will be provided by Home Tech Service Center (subject to availability and applicable only for Premium Plan customers).
